As our highest caffeine-level blend, Rooster Soul is crafted for those who want maximum lift without sacrificing taste. The lighter roast allows more of the bean’s natural complexity to shine through, resulting in a crisp, lively cup with subtle brightness and a smooth body.

Unlike darker roasts that emphasize deep caramelization, this very light roast keeps things fresh and nuanced while still maintaining the signature smoothness Baby’s Coffee is known for.
