I discovered Baby's on vacation many years ago and I haven't deviated from it since. I'm not someone who likes strong, gassy coffees with hints of ashtray. The mild but rich flavor of Baby's Breakfast Blend is more my speed. I use an all-in-one French press cup (Boden) with the coarse grind and a 3-4 minute steep. In my book, it's perfection.
