We make sure to stop at Baby’s every time we come to the keys. The coffee is roasted either on site or in Louisiana at their other location. I’ve tried a few of their blends and am always pleased. The artwork inside the store is delightful and the service is fast and friendly. There is not very much space to hang around, it’s not that kind of shop I guess. The small shop has a few racks of gifts and other food (we tried the hot chocolate bars) and a few sandwiches and key lime pie of course.
The bagged coffee does not have a date, but that’s not always necessary. Tasting the brewed coffee and given how busy they are, you know they aren’t serving anything stale here.
