Navigate to the top of our website and at the top left hand corner you will see a red rectangle – click on the “Login” link. You will be redirected to a new page. Below the login form, click “Forgot your username?” You will be redirected to a new page. Add your email address to the field and click submit. You will receive an email with your username.
Note: You can also login with your email address and on your account page you can retrieve your username.
Navigate to the top of our website and at the top left hand corner you will see a red rectangle – click on the “Register” link. You will be redirected to a new page. Fill out all required fields: Name, Username, Password, Confirm Password, Email Address, and Confirm Email Address. After you fill in all required fields, click the “Register” button. You will receive an email to confirm your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email – please refer to question 5 “I registered as a user but I did not receive my confirmation email to activate my account. What do I need to do?”
Note: You will need to remember your username and/or email address as well as your password to login to Baby’s Coffee.

On our website, enter in your user name and the verification code then click verify. After you have been verified, you will be asked to reset you password. After you reset your password you can login with your new password.
Login to our website and navigate to your account page. Once you have accessed your account page, change your email address in the “Shopper Information” section and click the “Save” button at the top right hand corner.
Check your inbox, junk, or spam folder for the confirmation email. If you have not recieved a confirmation email within 10 minutes of registration send an email to email@example.com
Yes, we offer Baby’s Coffee users the option to reorder past orders and to create recurring orders in 1 month, 2 months, or 3 month frequencies.
Navigate to the top of our website and at the top right hand corner of the blue bar you will see an opened envelope icon. In the dark box to the life of the icon is a dark blue field that states “Newsletter Subscription” you will need to enter in your email address there and click the opened envelope icon. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your subscription. You are done once you confirm your subscription and you will receive our newsletters in your inbox each time we send one out.
At the bottom of each newsletter we send out, we have a link to unsubscribe to our newsletters. Click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter and you will be removed from our newsletter email lists.
Reviews & Testimonials Questions
You need to be logged into your user account to post product reviews. Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the product’s detail page you wish to leave a review on. Scroll to the bottom of the page, under “Submit Review” you are provided the option to leave a star rating per product as well as a short review. Once you are done with entering in your review, click on the “Submit Review” button and you’re done.
Navigate to the “Contact” page. Once you have arrived at the contact page, fill out the form on the page with your information and in the message section add in your testimonial. We will receive the testimonial and upload it to our website.
