Q: How do I place an order?

A: Navigate to a product page – currently we sale coffee and gear products. Click on a product from the product listing, select the type of product you would like to receive under “Choose Grind”, adjust the quantity field to the number of products you want to receive, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. A pop-up notification will appear to confirm the product was added to the cart successfully.

Once you have added all products you wish to purchase in the cart, navigate to the top of the page and in the top right hand corner click on the “View Cart” in the red rectangle. Click on the “Select Payment” button and you will be redirected to a page to enter in your credit card information. Once your credit card information has been entered, click the “Save” button and you will be redirected back to the cart page.

Once you have returned to the cart page, you will need to enter in your billing information by clicking the “Add/Edit Billing Address Information”. You will be redirected to a page to enter in your billing information. Once your billing information has been entered, click on the “Save” button and you will be redirected back to the cart page.

Once you have returned to the cart page, you will need to enter in your shipping information by clicking the “Add/Edit Shipment Information”. You will be redirected to a page to enter in your shipment information. Once your shipment information has been entered, click on the “Save” button and you will be redirected back to the cart page.

You can add an additional comment or request in the “Noted and Special Requests” section.

Once all your information has been added, click on the “Checkout Now” button at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to a page to confirm your purchase, please review over your information to ensure everything is correct and click on the “Confirm Order” button at the bottom of the page and you’re done.

Q: How do I reorder a past order?

A: Navigate to your user account page and click the “Your Orders” tab. In the table display click on the order number you wish to reorder. You will be redirected to a new page with the order information. Review over the order information to ensure the order is correct. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Reorder” button. After you click the button all products from the order will be added to the cart and you will be redirected to the cart page. Follow the checkout process to complete your order. If you are having difficulties with the checkout process – please refer to question 1 “How do I place an order?”

Q: How do I make a recurring order?

A: First you will need to add all products to the cart you wish to receive in a recurring order. Navigate to the cart page and click the “Select Payment” button and you will be redirected to a page to enter in your credit card information. Once your credit card information has been entered, check the box next to “Make this a recurring order”. A recurring order frequency drop down will appear with the options “1 Month”, “2 Months”, and “3 Months”. Select the frequency option you wish to receive the order and click the “Save” button and you will be redirected back to the cart page. Complete the checkout process to complete your recurring order. If you are having difficulties with the checkout process – please refer to question 1 “How do I place an order?”

Q: Where can I see the frequency of my recurring order?

A: Navigate to your user account page and click the “Your Recurring Orders” tab. In the table display click on the order number you wish to review. You will be redirected to a new page with the order information. Below the order “Total” is “Order Type” and to the right displays the recurring order frequency.

Q: How do I cancel my recurring order?

A: Navigate to your user account page and click the “Your Recurring Orders” tab. In the table display click on the order number you wish to cancel. You will be redirected to a new page with the order information. Review over the order information to ensure the order is correct. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Cancel Recurring Order” tab and click the cancel button.

Q: Do you accept orders over the phone?

A: No, we do not accept orders over the phone. You can order our products through our website or at our Key West location.

Q: How do I choose a grind type for coffee?

A: Click on a coffee product from the coffee product listing page, select the type of product you would like to receive under “Choose Grind”. All grind options for the product will display below the "Choose Grind" title. When you have selected the grind of your liking, adjust the quantity field and click the “Add to Cart” button.
